we moved from one home to another using the same account #.    Direct TV disconnected our service at the old home instead of moving my account. They wiped out 14 years of history with the company and started us off as new customers at the new home, therefore we were not entitled to the upgrades for the gene and will have to pay for installations, we talked to several associates on the phone and got no where. I called the corp. office  # that was made available on line and wanted to speak with the CEO , spoke with a representive and she said she could give me to her supervisor and once i got that person on the line.. 25 minutes later,  i find out its simply the billing supervisor.. I am very disappointed with the service with Direct TV and the treatment i have received.   I would not refer anyone to Direct TV. EVER..
