fraud and theft

dish network took 440 dollars out of my checking acct 2x they put it back and then took it agin and said they would give it back if I would sighn a 24 month contract!!  they  have gotten their equipment back put my money back and now have taken it agin I had 2 close that acct but they claim it was for early term of my contract my contract was with frontier and they broke the contract
