Diamond packets with oily substance inside

Have now sent 2 complaint emails and have received 2 responses from a Kathy Dean. The emails I've received are automated and have nothing to do with my complaint. One of my kits came with 3 packets of diamonds with oil inside the sealed packet. Therefore, the diamonds can't be picked up with the included pen. TWeezer don't work either because the oil makes them too slippery for anything to grab on. Not to mention the nasty oil all over the tray and your fingers. This was a kit called The Beautiful Ocean. Don't waste your money!  These Chinese scam artists don't care.
