i paid my bill and they say i didnt. i have conformation # bank statement to prove it !

They have no fax numbe. Gave them the info thats needed to prove i paid my bill on line. Now im waiting up to 10 buisness days for my service to be restored. And they want me to pay my current bill no way not till this matters cleared up!
