Company destroyed my computer

I got connected with this company nearly a year ago when trying to connect with Microsoft about an operational problem. T thought then I was misdirected, but proceeded to work with them. I paid via debit around $150. The technician used a remote connect program with my permission and my problem appeared to be fixed. Six months later, the company called me, saying I had a follow up procedure due. Even with no problems, I agreed. This time, the technician tried to connect remotely, failed to and wiped everything out on my computer. The guy then told me he would fix it for $350. Today, 7-14-17, this company called me and I blasted them with profanities. The supposed supervisor called me back and said I had no right to talk to his people that way. He never understood that his company destroyed my computer. This company does not disclose its location, but the phone number I have on my phone is 606-834-1033. The man who IDed himself as the supervisor was Reged.
