I do not know why you are going into my account and taking money out! Please put my money back into my account! Is this some sort of scam, because I will take legal action! Again, please put my money back!

    Contact your bank..
Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charge as fraudulent, and have them block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

    By the way..
Just because they charged your account or card for a credit report doesn't mean someone bought your credit report.  Id thieves buy credit reports, guessing their way through the "security" challenge questions, using (surprise!) stolen card numbers.

I was charged $19.99, have filed dispute with my bank, had them close the debit card and issue a new one.  How can they do this - legally?

I have been charged by Experian Credit REP479-343-6237 CA for $29.99 monthly since July 2024. Not sure what this charge is for, I called the number as listed above, but I was connected to an automated service. Did not get to talk to a live person at all. I ended calling my credit card company to block this charge.

Mee too. At least 3 months for $26.49 on my credit card. I opted for the free service not premium. What a Scam!

I had a paid account last year for a bit but I downgraded to the free account months ago, I took my payment information off of there, and repeatedly check that I am not in a free trial or in the paid membership. I should not be charged. I am getting 24.99 charges every month. I can't get ahold of a person at all. I tried two phone numbers, both of them multiple times with different requests and it will not not not transfer me or let me speak to a person. I used their chat not and it gave me the same phone numbers, won't give me any emails for anyone, and just sends me to the help center. I have to wait again for it to post to my account to dispute it with my bank and I am so incredibly frustrated.
