damage to home will installing service

My home was damaged by a service Tech. when he installed the satellite cords through the side of my home. I had service installed on5 5-6-2013by Jim Valeotine my land lord seen how he installed it told me you was going to contact Jim Valeotine because how he got the cords running in on the side of my hpme that my wall would retain water an damage that section of my wall, A month later my wall is retaining water an I now have termites damage there is a big hole not in the floor but in the wall. Can I please get a respond back on this damage The out side of the home has damage.
