Multiple daily calls that hang up when I pick up the phone

I filed a complaint a couple of years ago re; Dynata calls. They were calling everyday using 6 different ph #s. It was pure harassment. They stopped after my complaint. However, the calls have now resumed & again w changing ph #s. Here r todays: 617/362-1362, 1423, 1490. Their calls disconnect as soon as I pick-up.

    Multiple phone calls daily. Fil;ls up my mailbox/ redials endlessly for years. His phone number is 646-578-7925. He has access to many phone numbers, i block them but he has many many more. He is calling from kingston, jm. I am 92 yr old editor requiring quiet concentration for my editing efforts. His calls drive me to helpless tears..I reported to sheriff. He came out and called the number but the guy did not answer. I am on the federal do not call list. He uses the name ya zheng. Please help me !! Yr2kay@aol.Com

    This company that calls itself DYNATA ( 409-404-2034) is a spam call that when you pick  up to answer the phone they hang up and this goes on in the evening from around 6:00 p.m. central time to around sometimes 8:30 to 9:00 p.m. and would like to have it stopped is that any way other than the FCC to put a stop to the calls
