Phone black mailing

 My wife got one call from this number 00966534604299 and that guy blackmailing my wife. He saying that he have my wife`s naked photo , he will upload that one on web. He send one morphed photo also. I dont know how he got my wife`s photo. I want to know who is this? Please help me
