    It's a cramming scam..
    This is common with overhyped "health products".  They offer a "free trial, for just shipping and handling" to get your account information, then use a "negative option" clause somewhere in their website "terms" as justification for full price automatic shipment orders.

    If you can't contact them to cancel, or they keep "losing" or "forgetting" your cancellation, you will have to block your card number or shut down your account to cut off their access to your money, and dispute the charges through your bank.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
