annual fee still charged thru Bally's

I was a long time member of Bally's Total Fitness until it was taken over by Blast Fitness . I am still being charged and annual fee thru Bally's that needs to be refunded immediately! Please send me a check asap for the money you owe me how can you still charge me . I was charged 29.99. Please respond back asap .
