Refusal to Put on No Call List, Rudeness

Card Services, Inc. calls me every day. They offer no 'opt-out' option, such as "press 2 to be removed from our list". So I press 1 now and talk to a representative about having my number removed.
The first time the sales representative didn't say a word, she just slammed the phone down.
The second time, a "Mz. Williams" badgered and harrassed me, saying that since she was subject to telemarketer calls at HER home, I should be, too. This is [***] logic. I stayed EXTREMELY polite with her but she refused to remove my home phone number from their list even though I told her I a) have no credit card (my wife does), b) no bank accounts (taken by the government last year when I was illegally 1013'd), and no interest in reducing a debt I don't have or transferring a balance I don't carry.
This letter of course is useless; "Complaint Wire" is just a venting forum; but I wish someone would go kick their ass, disconnect their phones, and blow the damned place up.
And yeah - I'd be outside gunning for a fat black lady named "Williams".
