IndianTimes didn't deliver my order

I ordered flowers for my mother from IndianTimes (www.indiatimes.com). I was very disappointed when I called her the next day after the scheduled delivery to find out she did not receive them.

I continued calling for the next week but no flowers are still delivered. Actually I feel very uncomfortable because my mom is saying I simply forgot her birthday :( . I contacted the company and they said the flowers were delivered on time.... What should I do?
