Your company sent me a free trial of you colon cleanser. I did not oder any of your product and you withdrew money from my bank account. Please cease an d disiss further withdraws and trefund my money in the amount of $178.62

    SWM-Nubodi made an unauthorized charge to my bank card on 5/20/2008 but my bank immediately flagged the charge as suspicious and alerted me.

    Same thing happened to me today, 5-27-08.  I didn't authorize charge and not bank account in negative with fees.

    I ordered a $3.95 bottle of Colon Cleanse which I haven't received to this day although the $3.95 plus a 4 cent "international fee" was deducted from my account immediately! Now, 18 days later a charge of $89.31 was deducted from my account by the same company! I called the phone number and was connected with a extremely rude man named "Cooper" who basically threatened me with not helping me at all if I didn't calm down and said the charge wouldn't be there if I hadn't authorized it!!  I did not authorize it, I said, and I wanted that money refunded immediately. He said it was all my fault but would refund it then hung up on me.  I haven't received the refund as yet so I will be calling the Attorney General or someone who can get this rip-off company out of business.

    same thing happened to us......I have called and reported to Better Business Bureau....................something needs to be done

    Identical thing happeed to me...........I also was treated rudely when calling......What can be done besides taking the amount off our account and calling the BBB....I wonder how many people they have scammed, who cannot help themselves

    Yes I did pay $3.95 for a trial offer. No I did not authorize an additional deduction from my account. Rude or not they, according to THEIR rule, are not to make any deductions from anyone account until the 15th month. Mine was done on the 8th. I have called my credit card company and stopped payment on the charge of $89.31. I am mailing the product back to them, it sucks anyway.

    I paid $3.95 for the trial offer and did not authorize any other amount.  Nubodi customer service stated it was part of the trial offer that if you didn't cancel in 14 days you would be charged for the $89.31.  The Company took it upon themselves to take money from my Bank Account without billing me are getting the authorization to do so.  My Bank instructed me to get the authorization code from Nubodi and give them a chance to cancel the order.  They still have not done so.  This Company is fraudulent and I don't know how celebrities can advertise for such crooks.  During this trying time we must all carry our own loads, and not resort to fraud to get money.

    Stop them please!

I have returned all of them to let you the customer know that we are NOT the company that you have placed orders with or filed complaints on. If you really want to complain, make it known to the Better Business Bureaus in your area and in Arizona where the company that you purchased your product is. This company is giving my business a BAD name. The company that you purchased your products from is www.nubodi.com and my company is
    www.nu-bodi.com. I have asked them to STOP doing business under that name as well as made several calls myself to attorneys. My business was formed in 2004 and I have the paperwork to prove my business was established FIRST and in Maryland. I am working very hard to get this matter resolved and I would appreciate the support. Please pass the word that this company and mine are NO WAY affiliated.
