Run from Ashley and Lazy-Boy!!

Ashley Furniture sold me a "leather" sofa and 2 recliners in 2011, in Kennesaw, Georgia. Looked great in the store lighting. Looked like ugly PLASITC in my home! It was awful!!! Furthermore, neither piece of furniture sat the same as those displayed in the showroom. I have to wonder if the recliner in the showroom was specifically made for display and is better quality, just to convince and deceive buyers.

After battling with Ashley, I purchased a sofa and 2 recliners in 2012 from Lazy-Boy for over $4500 cash, in Kennesaw, Georgia!  For a chunk of money, I paid for customized fabric that was recommended from their "in-house interior designer". What a joke! I could have made a better selection had she NOT been involved and left me alone!! The fabric I purchased is not what they delivered and they won't do anything about it! The color is so ugly!! They act like your trusted friend until they take your money, then you're history! They couldn't be any friendlier, but after I wrote the check, they didn't want to hear anything from me! Once they take your hard-earned commission, they show their "real" character.

Neither Ashley or Lazy-Boy deserve my money and will never get another penny from me!!
