This is a fraudulent telemarketing scam, using an overseas call center, probably in India.
There are other complaints reporting that they get routed to this scam after calling their bank, insurance company, or utility. This may indicate either that this scam has obtained 800 numbers 1 digit different from well known companies' customer service numbers, or that they may be spoofing and rerouting U.S. company PBX systems to trap unwary callers.
The terms are generally misrepresented, and not fully disclosed. Complaints report not receiving any "vouchers", or only getting information on the terms after some trial period, when monthly charges have already started to appear. There is no way you will come out ahead after their monthly charges.
Dispute all charges through your bank as fraudulent. If you dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge, your bank can reverse it, under FRB Reg. E (for checking account debit cards and EFT), or under FCBA (for credit cards).
Block your card number, and watch your bank statements closely so you can promptly file fraud disputes should any charges slip through.
Contact FTC to report this criminal fraud ring. In addition, file complaints with your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov
Since they used the U.S. Mail as part of their scheme, file a mail fraud complaint with the U.S. Postal Inspector.

This is terrible, the biggest scam I ever seen, but they got me,I had already called to cancel, now I get this letter telling me they are gonna take this money out of my account, I don't think soooooooooooo.
