This company has been calling daily for over a week, morning and night.
We are on the do not call list.  How to make this stop?

    I've been getting these harrassing calls for the last 2 weeks.  Caller ID lists this dope as Graven Austin.  Obviously the "Do Not Call List" is about as effective as our elected officials....lol

    I believe the fine (per offense) is over $10,000. Might be $16,000? So simply tell them, "I am reporting your company to the FTC for violating Do Not Call regulations. I've asked you to stop calling me after EACH of your five calls to my home. The fine for breaking the Do Not Call rules is over $10,000 per offense, so I hope you get fined $50,000."

    Even if you don't really report them, pretending like you're going to, and presenting some form of knowledge about the rules, will scare them into not calling you again. This of course is premised on the fact that you actually know what company it is, and what number they're calling from. If they're feeding you bogus info (fake caller ID software exists), you're basically screwed and they'll continue to do whatever they want, to whomever they want.

    These idiots still keep calling.  Followed their instructions to place my phone # in the Do Not Call registry and next day they start again.  I have received 9 calls from them, and all the company does is telemarket subscriptions for magazines!   Too much information is requested from individuals using the internet, namely your phone number.  Some companies even take your phone number off your check, and yes they even track your name to get your phone #.  People should be able to opt out of giving any information except their name and age (no birth month,day, year allowed).

    Please stop them. They are relentless. I've tried to get off their mailing list - but to no avail. At this point, even if they were selling something I wanted - I'd never buy it  How is it possible for them to keep calling after I've tried everything to stop them.  Also, are they such a poorly run compamy that they would continue to waste time and energy calling people who aren't interested in hearing from them?
