I get these calls daily and sometimes twice a day to tell me I can have my credit card rate lowered.  Then the message says to press 1.  After several months of calls I finally thought to press 1 and ask them to discontinue calling.  The first time as soon as I said I didn't have $5000.00 in credit card debt, the person hung up on me.  Yesterday, I asked for supervisor and I heard a click and another hangup.  Today the same.  I am no longer going to bother with these calls but is there any way to stop these scammers from calling on a daily basis.

Is there any way to get rid of these inconsiderate people who call at all times of day?  I'm fed up with this nonsense.  Maybe I ought to call the Attorney General's office in Concord to complain.

File a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission).

I have contacted my State Attorney General of Oregon  and I advise anyone who reads this to do so as well. I get the same calls everyday and they just keep on calling. I will try for a 800 number to block these calls. I guess the only way to stop them is to do a class action law suite against all of them. Then this scaming would stop. If they are out of the country then it's a different story..

This company called my house on labor Day. I got the message on the machine they want to lower my interest rates.  I wasn't there.
This morning the number called at 7:02am eastern time. When I pressed "1" to speak with somebody the call disconnected.
It's bad enough they are calling do not call registry numbers, now they are calling outside the legal hours for any telemarketers

I just recieved 3 calls from these people in an half hour. Once I pushed 3 to opt out of receiving anymore of these calls the next two thime times I pressed one to talk to someone and was cut off.  I do not need to talk to anyone about lowering my interest rate on any credit card and these phone calls have got to stop. I have been getting them for over a year now and can't take anymore.  If there's any help out there let me know.

There must be a way to get rid of these unwanted calls from a company who calls themselves "credit card services".  They are a nuisance to everyone I know.  They are trying to get all of our personal information and some people fall for this scam.  PLEASE, PLEASE, let's ban together and put these people out of business at once.

I get these calls too!  Has it stopped for any of you?  I can't get them to stop calling at all hours either.  I have reported them to the attorney general's office about 50 times, and they still call.

I just got a call from 800-service. Credit card B.S. I pushed nine (my only option) to tell them to stop calling or I would report them. When I asked to be taken off the call list the woman said, "okay we will put you on our do not call list and charge your card $295.00!

WTF! Called my bank to inform that this had happened. They assured me not to worry about it.

“800 service” must be the criminal “auto-dialer” for “cardholder services” criminals.

BEWARE of the “800 service” website- Its full of computer threats and viruses !

Caller id = 800 Service, from 800-490-4388.  (Lookup that number and see a whole bunch of p-o'd peoples' comments.
I looked up 800 Service and found this link:  https://www.service800.com/.  Just guessing, but could these people be aiding the scammers?
