Very very bad service

Today  i come to purchase and enjoy with my family to eat, but the person that attent me " said i don't have big crunh, but she said me i have only chicken. When she take my order. she serve two big crunh to other client, I ask about the item, but she tell me that no have any big crunh.The maneger go to me and he said :if you don't like  the merchandise we return your money and go. I go very very insatisfied.

The maneger employer number is 291416 The last name is Toledo. This isue is at 8:45 p.m.
The fast food is located at San German, Puerto Rico. I have very offset because this sotuation, make that my family not eat the food that they want. It is not the firs time. He called his supervisor and he said that I wrong.
He said me. Is my work.
