A woman named Sarah keeps calling me to verify a Carrie Wilson. I don't know a person..they want you to call them anyway. I blocked the number and they still left a message. This number is 614 3476388.

    Probably a scam..
    Shady "debt collectors" trying to con people into paying fake "debt" often pretend to be "locating" victims "to serve papers". They actually try to call relatives first, using skip-tracing databases to find phone numbers for who they think is a relative.  This results in many "erroneous" vaguely threatening calls.  Since these "fly-by-night" operations don't hire or train competent workers, maybe even use old databases, they are also associated with repeated harassing calls when they make "errors".
