Not holding up warrenty

I bought my couch less then 2 years before both foot rest broke. I called and they came and looked at it. 4 months later and they still have no called or fixed it. They are saying bent metal isn’t covered but i don’t know how I was able to bend it? I paid an lot for the couch and not I have to buy a new one. Will never go back there
