Continuity subscription merchant scammed my credit card for $89.99

I purchased a free bottle of Gardenia Weight Loss Supplements, paid the $4.95 shipping. Then I was charged $32.99.  I called the company, and disputed this charge to my satisfaction.  I was assured there would be no more contact and no more charges.  I have had no contact with, nor authorized any more charges with this company.  I am now charged $89.99.  I have notified the fraud dept. of my bank and the BBB, and am waiting for a written scam complaint document from USAA.
