I caution any first time home buyers considering Bank Of America and there lender we started this process with a pre approval of 145k we are now at 85k and now there telling me we do not qualify we decided on a VA loan which is a great way to go well bank Of America has made this process help 3 months later we decided enough was enough and went to another bank now we hope things will move along i hope someone who is considered going with this bank reads this and save themselves the headaches we have had to deal with.
