Sir:
Please allow me to inform you that I am always failing to send SMS from my vodafone no.9868609944 despite the fact that I paid Rs. 509 to your company on 20-10-18 on account of recharging for 90 days.  The said scheme entitles me to send 100 SMS, but unfortunately  it always shows "send failed".  I, therefore, request you to please look into my complaint and ensure that SMS sending does not fail, and the message is successfully delivered.
I am a senior citizen and hope that my grievance will be addressed before long on priority basis.

    Sir:
    It is painfully regretted that my complaint submitted hereinabove on 17-12-2018 remains unattended by the authorities concerned of the Vodafone co.  The purpose of this reminder is to request once again the Vodafone co. authorities to resolve at the earliest my problem of sending SMS (100 SMS as per my entitlement of recharge of Rs. 509 for 90 days with effect from 20-10-18 from mob. phone 9868609944).  I state and inform all concerned that this unfair denial of service  on my mob. no.9868609944 is causing me a lot of unbearable harassment, and irreparable mental torture leading to loss of mental equilibrium.  I further state that I am  74 years old senior citizen and am unable to utilize the SMS despite payment of Rs. 509 to Vodafone co.
    The top authorities of  Vodafone are requested to please look into my problem and provide timely help.

    Please inform the status of my complaint submitted on 17-12-2018 followed by its 02 reminders, regarding the problem of sending SMS from my mob. 9868609944 as per my current entitlement.  Please break the silence on your part on priority basis otherwise I shall be left with little alternative except to knock the door of the legal quarters  to seek justice entirely at your cost, risk and responsibility, including damages for causing irreparable mental torture leading to loss of mental equilibrium.
