Michael Miller and Alex Watson are constantly calling and my phone and my job harrasing me about a loan that I know nothing about and threatned to have the police come to my job and arrest me and have me fired I need this to stop and find out what is going on.

Harassment, threatening arrest, and trying to get you "fired" are all illegal debt collection practices, but most likely these guys aren't actually "debt collectors", just extortionists with phones.
If they have thick accents, they are probably calling from India or Pakistan, using cheap VoIP.
File a complaint with the FBI. They can confirm that this is a scam, although there is not much they can do, since these calls usually originate overseas.
Most effective strategies reported by others depend on making clear they aren't going to con or extort you, so they better just move on. Harassing them back often works.
