continuous phone calls

GE home security systems calls several times a day for several days now.  I put the telephone number on my no call list and they use another number.  This last time I took the call and got a Don sales person.  Tried to tell him I have a security system and he pretended he could not hear me.  This will stop for several weeks nd then start all over again.  Asked the internet for their number and the one listed is not working.  It is hard to believe ge is so hard up for clients.  If I ever need a security system I would never get one from ge just because of this agrivating telepnone problem.
