I took a survey of 5 questions and for doing so I could have my choice of a few items. All I had to do was pay the postage on the product shipment. A month later I noticed a bill on my credit card for $92.19 and another item in the mail. I called the number listed on my bill 8442002719. I mailed the product back (at my expense) but was informed that I didn't contact them soon enough to get a refund. A third product was mailed to me and was returned but I was still charged $92.19. They refunded $72.24 restocking fee.
