I've been with AHS for several years.  It is ALWAYS a long wait to talk to someone with customer service or to get a supervisor.  Today, with a particular issue I was on hold for about 10 minutes, transferred to another department and on hold for about 30 when the call was dropped.  I called back and was on hold again for about 15 minutes waiting for a supervisor.  Whew.  I'm tired of this and can't write any more.  I'm just so frustrated b/c the supervisor I  talked with was of little help.
