I have talked to several la fitness representitives and let them know that i no longer want services

My checking account cannot not be debited for any payments.im no longer able to work at the moment om August 10,2012 la  fitness took monies from my account when i already had spoke wit you all to stop debitin my account. I again spoke with a representitive oa couple of days ago as wel and this is what she ask me to do online. I am no longer participatin in the gym. Thanks much Vivian Evans,213-2782196
