Constant calls

They call me all the time I don't ever push a button, they call my cell I gave it a name and tell my cell to dumb the call into my voice mail but they still keep calling, below is a list of numbers that have called lately all card member services and all are my last chance.  I would love a phone Co or someone to tell me how to keep this from continuing.
