reduce rate credit card offer

I have requested calls to stop to no avail.  Here is my most resent contacts when I attempt to get calls stopped it does not include messages left on voice mail.  2/18/19 11:04am from 9372632220 no stop calls # was provided asked male how to get the calls stopped he responded by telling me to toss my phone out the window.  2/25/19 3:32pm pressed 3 to stop calls & received several voicemail messages between then and 2/27/19 12:01 am from an unknow name & #.  There was no cease call # provided & I pressed 1 spoke to a male said was Kevin who mispronouced my name when he finally found it; read a long list of banks when asked for more details about co. he represented.  Asked if there was a mim dept requirement he hesitated. I said I didn't qualify & wanted the calls to stop.  He hung up on me in responce.  How do i stop the calls!
