does NOT pick up

I have , through the years, owned every brand of vacuum. I have NEVER had one that is so totally unsatisfactory and does nothing the claims indicate. After going over and over the same spot it is as though I had not vacuumed at all. I will NEVER buy another Dirt Devil product.
