globalreach international with above phone number started calling a psychiatric emergency line 8 to 10 times a day without leaving a message.

this is being reported to the fcc and the local sheriff as a extremely serious violation of this phone line.

    They have numerous complaints of repeated calls, many just hang-up calls, sometimes 10 to 20 times a day for days, pitching fraudulent scams, and regularly violate the Do Not Call law.  Supposedly the calls originate from some call center in the Phillipines, but the companies contracting for the calling may be U.S. based.  

    At some point whatever cheap overseas carrier they are using to reach the U.S. must connect to the U.S. mainland.  411.com shows that number to be a Pacific Bell land line, therefore Pacific Bell would be able to determine at least the U.S. based telecom carrier, who you should file complaints with for allowing their customer to tie up your emergency phone system.

    Also file complaints with both FTC, and contact Sen. Charles Schumer, who got FTC to act against fraudulent "auto warranty" telemarketers.

    You should also contact your local District Attorney, or state Attorney General.  There may be some law on the books against jamming or interfering with emergency phone or communications systems, or vandalism to such a system.  It may have at least misdemeanor penalties.

    That may be useful to coerce cooperations from U.S. based phone companies that allow their systems to be used by this company to interfere with and damage your communications system.

    This number 213-239-2895 has called me all day. When I answer they don't say any thing. Finally someone answsered and said she was Maggie. I told her not to call me again and she said ok.

    This number calls all day.  When I answer, they don't say anything.  I have asked them repeatedly to stop calling this number.  They keep calling and when I answer sit there.  I have filed a complaint against them.

    This number has been calling me at least five times a day now for two weeks. They never leave a voicemail and I never answer because I know it has to be some stupid telemarketer or something.

    I guess the scum bag got out of prison and is at it again.
    Nevada's Corporate Veil was not enough to keep the Federal Trade Commission off his back.
    I reported him to the FTC when he tried to scam me.
    He uses mail box companies and callers using spoof numbers such as 213-239-2895 to avoid disclosing his actual location
