THEY KEEP SENDING ME A BILL FOR SOMETHING I NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM, I SENT THEM A FRAUD REPORT,THAT THEY SENT ME,AND A POLICE REPORT FOR IDENTITY THEFT.THEY KEEP SENDING ME BILLS,KEEP CALLING,AFTER I ASK THEM TO STOP.THEY ALSO HAVE THIS BILL ON MY CREDIT HISTORY I ASK THEM TO REMOVE IT ,NEVER GOT ANY RESPOND BACK FROM FRAUD COMPLAINT.BUT MORE HARRASEMENT.

Reports indicate that they lease credit card processing machines, with a number of complaints of fraudulently altering and forging altered "contracts", and similar predatory fraudulent activities.

Dispute the fraudulent account reported on your credit reports directly with the credit reporting agency, sending a copy of the police report indicating id theft and fraud. Under FACTA amendments to FCRA, they are required to process such id theft disputes within a specific period of time, and remove and block reporting of id theft related fraudulent accounts. FACTA also prohibits the original creditor from selling fraudulent accounts once they have been notified they are fraudulent.
