We acquired a new business line in Jan. 2010. NCC Business Services keeps calling this line after we have repeatedly told them that they are contacting a business - not an individual. They refuse to quit calling!

    They appear to be headquartered in Jacksonville FL.

    You might try complaints to the Florida Attorney General (who should be able to put you in touch with the Florida agency responsible for licensing and regulation of debt collectors in that state), or to ACA International, as they are a member of that debt collector trade organization.

    Many complaints. Use all search engines for company name and phone numbers, articles of incorporation, names of corporate officers, addresses, map view. Municipal Court maintains public records of existing litigation. There are many consumer complaint websites. People and businesses operate using various names. Keep a detailed log and timeline. Cross-reference and report findings online.
