REFUSE TO QUIT CALLING

We acquired a new business line in Jan. 2010. NCC Business Services keeps calling this line after we have repeatedly told them that they are contacting a business - not an individual. They refuse to quit calling!

You might try complaints to the Florida Attorney General (who should be able to put you in touch with the Florida agency responsible for licensing and regulation of debt collectors in that state), or to ACA International, as they are a member of that debt collector trade organization.
