As we all know, Whirlpool is a reputed brand, please do care of its goodwill. Nearly two years ago, I bought Mastermind elite 250ltr. It worked well for just 6 mth.
I ‘m disappointed to say that it’s defrost system is not working well. Moreover it has been nearly more than 12 months, within the warranty period I’ve making requesting dealer, Arun Electronics, to solve the defrost problem. Mechanic came twice and changed the fan of freezer, yet problems do exist. It has been more than 8mth, I have sent refrigerator to agent’s showroom, Navin Electronics, Biratnagar, they say refrigerator is ok, and we say it’s not working well. Plz make an attempt for following main problems:
Defrost problem: lots of water is collected under vegetable box within3-4 days
Cooling water problem: water is not chilled even in 3-4 hours
I convince you to repair it with required spare parts, unavailable in Biratnagar.
