Terrible Car rental experience

We did not get the car we had reserved.  Than they didn't have car ready till three hours after my reservation time. I have called car rentals and been on hold for hours to never get a representative to express how dissatisfied I am.  And i had left a message which they were to respond within one business day and they have not called.  Horrible and i Still haven't turned car in so who knows what surprise they have in stored for me than.
