Additional Charges - Fraud

We rented a car for one day in Florence - The cost was 75 Euro.  They were not there to receive the car when we returned however, following their instructions we parked it in their lot.  We visited their offices the next day to confirm that all was in order.  The rental company assured us there would be no parking charges associated with the drop-off.  The garage where we dropped off the car wanted 20 Euro for parking despite the fact we were advised otherwise from the agency.  In the end, they took the car and said they would settle it with the Locauto.  We expressed frustration with Locauto that this occurred.  They said 'don't worry about it.'  We received a charge of 49 EURO on our Visa statement.  Don't EVER rent from this company.  they are rip-offs.
