Says its from TMobile... Collection Debts get sold from one company to another... I had a bankruptcy and this was included for TMobile and they are still sending me notices...each company will try to extort money and continue to sellt he cases ...whether a small amount of money is collected or not, they will keep sending letters, calls or notices

      Contact a consumer attorney and see if you can catch AFNI in violations of FDCPA or FCRA.
      If TMobile was notified that the debt was discharged in bankruptcy, then AFNI was also probably notified of the same when they bought the debt, in which case theier attempts to collect on this discharged debt may be deceptive.

      Filing a lawsuit may be the best way to permanently put this discharged debt to rest, by giving you leverage to obtain a settlement, including payment of damages and your attorney fees, that also prohibits further sale.
