My directv account has been billed an early termination fee that should be removed. The equipment was not giving a strong enough signal for good quality pictures. Some channels had no pictures and some had fragment pictures coming in. I ask for cancellation because of poor services but they refused and continued billing me. I got tired of paying for the poor services. Their technician came to resident several times but did not correct the problem. I refuse to pay any more money for poor services. Please correct my bill. I do not owu Directv for any monthly billing. They should have canceled at my request due to the problem that occurred. No extra billing should be added to my account. The balance should be $0.
