Purchased a sofa bed less then 6 months ago, already had one mattress relapsed due to mold, now more mold and they are being so rude saying it was customer error . It is used by my 22 year old son from time to time. Nothing was split the top of mattress is fine . The complaint board regarding mold and Bobs is three pages long so I am sure its not customer error.. This is terrible I am calling Better Business Bureau next .
