Received a partial order

Today I received the 6 copies of Celebrate the Season holiday books that I ordered from Better Homes and Gardens.  With each book I was expecting to get the "All-Time Favorite Holiday Crafts" and "Christmas Cookies" that was offered free with each book ordered but only received one copy of each.  Wanted these to go with each book of Celebrate the Season for gifts.  Please let me know if you can send the 5 additional copies  of the Crafts and Cookies.  Thank you.    Sara Hill   (My account # - 10031335838
