Recliners

Bought 2 durable blend recliners they are one year old within 6 months the headrest got as hard a plastic. I always cleaned it according to the cleaning instructions, well one month after the factory warranty ended I got a tear about six inches all the way down the headrest it actually cracked..  The whole area is as hard as a rock, all you hear is crackle when your head touches it. I think they use faulty material. I never took the warranty out because they were eight hundred dollars a chair. For that price I thought they were good quality. Called customer service no help from them I am a very disappointed customer. Heads up never buy Ashley furniture poor quality and a waste of money. :-(
