Un solicited calls

I just received a call from Digitcom Service in Corona, CA.  I am on the US do not call list, old feeble and in chronic pain, do we really need to go there and go thru the cha cha cha of I don't want to hear from you and file a complaint?  I will raise hold he tooth picks if I get any more calls!  I have an Attorney that would be only to happy to file papers againt anyone that calls me and disturbs my family...STOP CALLING, I AM DYING HERE, JUST LEABE ME ALONE!
