poor quality

I just have to chime in here and ask Where are you poeple buying your furniture from? Are you buyng facotry seconds at discounts stores? Or are you every salesman for the competition that has lost my business due to your laziness and inadequate knowledge of the products you are selling..I have been looking for a new sofa for ahwile. I have been to every store in my town, online and have also checked out department stores..It always brings me back to my favorite upscale furniture store in my hometown..I ordered my England sofa yesterday, went online last nite to see if i could look at it one more trime. I found this site and feel like I live in an alternate universe! I called the store where I purchased my sofa..Talked to my salesperson about this site. said it made me nervous. I could not believe a furniture company with their reputation would sell junk to me..I mentioned all the problems I read about and the fact that people said the furniture whas cheap to buy, (not cheaply made, that is another issue) She explained to me that England is one of their best sellers, they have even used it in commercial applications with great success due to its durability. She also said that they are the Customer first and I in turn, am their cusotmer. They do not sell products that give them or their customers headaches..I looked everywhere and this sofa looked and felt so solid and well made its sold me not my salesperson. So I am not sure what all the complaints are about unless the items purchased where not of showroom quality..My sofa was not cheap to purchase and I dont expect a cheap or poorly made product to be delivered..Keep it real people when you post stuff.(especially the idiot who made fat comments, really? you need some self esteem more than you need a sofa and no, I am not heavy)! I cant wait for the folks in Indiana, PA to make my couch.. I know I will love it for years to come. I hope this helps the honest consumer feel good about buying this product..Trust me if I am unhappy I will be back to let you know, but I do not anticipate that happening.
