unauthorised Visa credit card with money removed transaction fraudulent

Carbonite Back up subscription started back on the 11/ 6 / 2018 & the product was deleted on the 1 / 6 / 2019
& Carbonite was notified of this now I'm hit with a $ 170. 77.Bill for renewing when I've already cancelled
Fraud is a criminal offence & this company should be taken to task over these matters
