They appear to do billing for some "collect call" services.  They claim to verify identity of the party alleged to have made the charge, but there are a number of other complaints from people claiming they are being harassed by autodialed collection calls when they did not do any business with them.

If you can't contact a live person to resolve this and stop their calls, contact the Indiana Attorney General.

Ihave been receiving these recorded phone calls up to five times a day saying I owe them on an overdue account.  When I call their service number I get the same message. There is no one to talk  with a live person to resolve this issue.  I don/t owe them anything.  How do I stop these calls?                    Frustrated!!!Re:qtbill.com

QTBILL is a horrible spam effort
We must get them stopped and blocked from calling everyone's mobile phone 20 times a day

You might consider suing them, in your local court, under the TCPA, for illegally calling your cell phone.  20 calls a day probably rises to the level of harassment, or negligent or intention damages due to the per call charges.

Your charges from your cell phone statements would document the number of calls per day, and the cost (damages) to you.

At least it would get their attention, an likely get it to stop, which is more than you have now.

Okay folks ... these calls are a SCAM.  You have apparently gone on-line and applied for something (usually a Pay Day type loan).  The web site is NOT a Pay Day Loan ... it is a group of foreigners trying to get you to send them money by threatening you.  They have set up a web site that LOOKS like a legitimate Pay Day Loan type business - it is not legitimate - it is people in a foreign country working in a call center designed to SCAM you out of your money.  It is all B.S.  When you applied you gave them all your information (name, address, dob/soc, work phone...etc) and now they want to convince you that you owe them money.  DO NOT SEND THEM A DIME.  Call your local law enforcment and demand a police report be taken.  Call your local FBI and demand they do something about this SCAM (http://www.fbi.gov/contact/fo/fo.htm).

I would advise that you tell the caller, "I will not send you money today, tomorrow, next week, next year or EVER .... so stop calling me.  You are just wasting your time and mine."  When they understand that you are not going to fall for their SCAM, they will hopefully stop harassing you.

I too have received threatening phonecalls saying I owe money. They have now started calling my family members requesting my information as to where I am. I now have pissed off family members telling me I'm worthless and stupid. The most recent number to call me isn't even registered and I have gone on the yellow pages to find out who it is. What do I do. Thanks for any info.
