product made me sick

looked at my account and saw they charged my credit card $$ for something that i didn't order, when inturn i wanted to cancel because it made me sick, still they said i needed to cancel in 14 days, which i was 1 day late in calling to say they charge my account which i had no idea about the fine print, anyway after talking to the  supervisor, and told him i no longer wanted the product which i only purchased as a trial, and wanted to stop the so called ordered (i had no idea i was in a contract)told him i was going to contact better business, he said tell them hello,. i have not recieved the $89.00 product that they have charged my account too, also think this is wrong and told them i would return the item unopened, he said ther would be no returns.
please help i can't spend $89.00 on something that makes me sick!
