Gave me more problems than I had started with

I called Guru Aid when my McAfee virus CD that was installed wasn't workig. I also called the first number that was shown. I did have a virus on my computer. It took NINE hours and three technicians to 'fix' my problem. I too, had the 'You need to buy a service contract'. When I told the gentleman I did not have enough money to cover the contract and the $120 they were charging me for the service, he said to me 'Well, you have a credit card, don't you? Isn't that what credit cards are for?' I didn't buy the contract, but did pay the $120 to get rid of the virus. Now, my computer is slower than it was before and my browser has crashed numerous times. I cannot access several programs. I called and the 'Customer Service' person I spoke with said that since I said the tech fixed my issue, by way of chat, I am not due a refund. I told her about the problems I was having, and she offered to let another technician look at the problem. 'NO WAY' I told her. I would take my computer to Geek Squad where I can speak with someone face to face and have them SHOW me what the issue is.
I sent an email, last week, via the Customer Contact form to Lester, the parent company. I have not heard anything back yet. I am so angry and upset. I think I may take this further. $120 does not seem like a lot of money, but it is to me.
