Deactivation of Service

requested several time to Airtel customer care for deactivation of my all calls to airtel @ 50 paise facility(Dont know the exact name of the service) which deducts my 50 ps every day. As now i dont have so many members on Airtel to calls. So kindly deactivate my this facility.
